When Installing Exchange Server 2013, we may encounter the below issue as shown in pic.
Below is the fix for this issue:
1. Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows Server 2012
2. AD, DNS, IIS and other required features.
3. PowerShell –

Add-WindowsFeature RSAT-ADDS
4. Then I installed the .net 4.5 framework which
can be found here.
5. Then windows managment framework which is here
